摘要
目的 了解个性化护理干预对哮喘患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取我院于2014年6月-2015年10月接收的102例哮喘患者进行研究,随机分为两组,实验组和对照组（n=51）,实验组采用个性化护理手段,对照组采用常规护理手段,对两组患者的治疗依从性及治愈率进行记录、比较。结果 实验组治疗依从性及疾病治愈率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 个性化护理干预在哮喘疾病治疗中效果较好,值得推广与深入研究。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with asthma. Methods in our hospital in June 2014 to 2015 October received 102 cases of asthmatic patients were studied, and were randomly assigned to two groups, experimental group and control group（n=51）, the experimental group by means of personalized nursing, the control group received routine nursing method, compliance of treatment of two groups of patients and the cure rate were recorded and compared. Results the treatment compliance and cure rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion individualized nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of asthma disease, and it is worth to be popularized and deeply studied.
