摘要
目的探讨优质护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用效果分析。方法回顾性分析本院收治的183例宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中进行优质护理的临床资料,按护理方案分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组(92例)予以常规护理,观察组(91例)在常规护理基础上行优质护理,观察并分析相关结果。结果治疗后,观察组的有效率及痊愈率显著高于对照组,两个月后观察组的生活质量评分也明显高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中可有效提高治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing patients with cervical erosion microwave treatment analysis. Methods A retrospective analysis the hospital admitted 183 patients with cervical erosion microwave treatment conducted clinical data quality care, according to the nursing program is divided into the observation group and the control group, in which the control group（92 cases） to be routine care, the observation group（91 cases） in the usual care based on the uplink quality care, observe and analyze the results. Results After treatment, the observation group cure rate and effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the quality of life scores two months after in the observation group were significantly higher, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality care in patients with cervical erosion microwave treatment can effectively improve the efficacy of treatment of cervical erosion.
