儿科出院保健中应用护理延伸服务的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Nursing Extension Service in Pediatric Discharge

目的进一步研究儿科出院护理工作的服务质量和效果,对于患儿临床预后工作寻找可靠安全的干预措施和方法。方法本次研究选取我院儿科疾病患者100例,分为A组、B组,每组50例,两组都给予常规护理服务,同时给予A组护理延伸服务。结果 A组患儿家属对于医院采取的延伸护理服务满意度平均为(98.56±19.45)分;B组为(67.86±10.98)分,A组患儿家属对于医院采取的延伸护理服务满意度相比B组患儿家属较高(P<0.05)。结论在儿科患者出院保健过程中采取护理延伸服务不仅可对患儿病情好转起到有效促进作用,还能提高患儿家属对于护理健康知识的掌握及对于医院等护理延伸服务机构的满意度。

Objective To further study the quality of service and effect of pediatric discharge nursing, and to find reliable and safe intervention measures and methods for clinical prognosis. Methods There were 100 cases of pediatric department in our hospital, they were divided into A group and B group,there were 50 cases in each group, two groups both given routine care services while A group given care extension services. Results The average nursing service satisfaction of children family members to the hospital to take care extension of A group was（98.56±19.45）; B group was（67.86±10.98）. The average nursing service satisfaction of children family members to the hospital to take care extension of A group was significantly higher than B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In pediatric patients discharged from hospital care take care extension services can not only on the condition of the patients improved to effectively promote the role, but also improve the children with their families for the satisfaction of the mastery of the knowledge of health care and for hospital care and extension services.
