分层管理模式在内科护理中对护理质量改进的影响

Effect on the Nursing Quality Improvement of Hierarchical Management in the Internal Medicine Nursing

目的研究在内科护理中采用分层管理模式对护理质量的改善作用。方法选取我院30名内科护理人员,实施分层管理,对比管理前后护理质量评分变化情况。结果在实施分层管理后护理操作、护理态度、行为规范、病房管理、文书书写评分均有明显上升,管理后平均护理操作(93.4±2.1)分、护理态度(93.8±1.9)分、行为规范(92.7±2.9)分、病房管理(90.8±0.7)分、文书书写(91.6±1.1)分,管理前后差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对内科护士实施分层管理有利于提升其各项护理质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the effect on the nursing quality improvement of hierarchical management in the internal medicine nursing. Methods 30 medical care personnel were selected in our hospital,the hierarchical management was implemented, the nursing quality score changes before and after contrast administration were compared. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management, the score of nursing operation, nursing attitude, code of conduct, ward management, document writing were obvious higher, the average nursing management score after operation was（93.4±2.1）, nursing attitude was（93.8±1.9）, the code of conduct was（92.7±2.9）, ward management was（90.8±0.7）, document writing（91.6±1.1）, there were significant different between before and after the management（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Internal medicine nurses implements hierarchical management, it can improve the nursing quality, value for popularization.
