多举措护理预防下肢矫形器致足跟部压疮

A Variety of Measures of Nursing Care in the Prevention of Lower Limb Orthosis to Heel Ulcer

目的 探讨预防使用下肢矫形器患者发生足跟部压疮的多举措护理方法。方法 选择我院2015年1-6月92例使用下肢矫形器患者作为对照组,2015年7-12月106例使用下肢矫形器患者作为观察组。对照组使用常规护理方法,观察组实行多举措护理,预防足跟部压疮的发生。结果 对照组发生5例足跟部压疮,观察组实施多举措护理后,患者舒适度明显提高,患者均未发生足跟部压疮。结论 使用下肢矫形器患者通过多举措护理可以有效预防足跟部压疮发生,提高患者的舒适度,减轻患者经济负担及痛苦,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the preventive use of lower limb orthosis lead to a variety of nursing measures in patients with pressure sore heel. Methods 92 cases with lower limb orthosis patients selected in our hospital from January to June 2015 were considered as control group, 106 cases with lower limb orthosis patients selected in our hospital from July to December 2015 were considered as the observation group. The control group used conventional nursing method, the observation group to implement multiple initiatives to care, prevention pressure sore heel. Results There were 5 cases of heel ulcer in the control group, the observation group implemented many initiatives to nursing, the comfort degree of patients was significantly improved. None of the patients had occurred ulcer of heel. Conclusion Lower limb orthosis patients through multiple nursing measures can prevent pressure ulcer of heel, improve patient comfort and reduce the economic burden of the patients and pain, and promote an early recovery of patients.
