妇产科中常见感染问题分析及护理对策

Analysis and Solutions Common Infection Problems in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing

目的 对临床上的妇产科常见感染问题实施针对性护理,探讨护理效果。方法 选择2015年1月-2016年1月我院治疗的100例妇产科感染疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对患者进行针对性护理,包括做好消毒管理、加强病房卫生方面的管理、个人卫生护理：饮食护理、心理护理等内容,分析护理结果。结果 100例患者均痊愈出院,无一例发生严重并发症。护理满意度中非常满意60例,基本满意37例,不满意3例,满意率为97%。结论 对妇产科感染疾病患者实施针对性护理措施效果较好,可促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To give the targeted care of common gynecologic infection and explore the effect of nursing. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases with infection from January 2015 to January 2016 were respectively analyzed. All cases received targeted nurs i n g, I n c l u d e d t h e w e l l disinfection management, strengthen the management of ward health, personal hygiene care： diet care, psychological care, etc.,and the results of nursing were analyzed. Results 100 patients were cured, with no serious complications, Nursing satisfaction was very satisfied with 60 cases, 37 cases were satisfied, not satisfied with 3 cases, satisfaction rate was 97%. Conclusion Effect of Obstetrics and gynecology infections treated with targeted nursing measures is better, it can promote the rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction.
