31例戒毒患者的优质护理体会

Experience of High Quality Nursing for Drug Addicts:a Report on 31 Cases

目的 讨论并分析戒毒患者的临床护理体会。方法 选取2014年8月-2015年2月在我院进行戒毒治疗的31例患者进行回顾性分析,对其实施封闭式护理、一般护理、心理护理等优质有效的护理措施,观察护理效果。结果 在经过3个月的戒毒护理后,31例患者均戒毒成功,所有患者在戒毒初期均出现戒断综合征,1例患者在戒毒期间出现自杀倾向,经有效护理后治愈。结论 在戒毒患者的护理过程中使用有效优质的手段,不仅可以增强患者的戒毒信心,降低复吸率,还可以有效的降低患者在戒毒中的痛苦。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical nursing experience of drug addicts. Methods 31 cases of drug treatment selected in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, they were implemented effective care measures： enclosed care, general care, psychological care quality, etc, the nursing effect was observed. Results After 3 months of rehabilitation nursing, 31 cases were successfully detoxified, all the patients in the early stages of the drug were withdrawal syndrome, 1 case had suicidal tendencies during detoxification suicidal, the effective nursing was give and cure. Conclusion In the treatment of drug addicts with effective quality means, not only can enhance the patient＇s drug confidence, reduce relapse rate, but also can effectively reduce the pain of patients in drug treatment.
