滨海平原城市雨洪水利用与调控分析计算

Analysis and calculation of utilization and regulation technology of rain flood for coastal plain city

滨海平原地区受地势平坦和土壤盐渍化的影响,雨洪水难以利用,且易发生城市内涝。本文以滨州市北海经济开发区为例,从自产水资源利用、水域系统生态化和城市排涝3个方面进行技术分析。通过规划蓄水与供水工程,实现自产水资源的有效利用。设置排咸水系和水闸,防止城市水体的咸化。利用天然河道与城市建设取土的挖方渠道作为雨水蓄滞空间,并通过对水系的综合调度,解决城市内涝问题。

It is difficult to utilize the flood water in the coastal plain area because of the flat plain andsoil salinity,which also cause urban waterlogging. Taking Beihai Economy Developing District in BinzhouCity for example,this paper demonstrated how to solve the problems of self-produced water resource utiliza-tion,water system ecological development and urban waterlogging prevention. Water storage and supply proj-ects were planned to utilize water resource effectively. Salt dischargeable water system and sluices were setup to prevent water from being salty. By dispatching the water system and making use of natural rivers andsoil excavation channels as rainwater storage space,the problem of urban waterlogging was solved.
