摘要
为提高灯泡贯流式电站机组出力,采用试验手段对原厂协联关系曲线下的流道损失和水轮机效率进行测定,确定了影响机组稳定性及效率的因素,指出模型协联换算到原型协联的不足和灯泡贯流式水轮机对工作水头的敏感性。结合工程实际,采用合理技术方案对机组协联关系曲线进行了优化。同时在保证水轮机淹没深度的前提下,对电站尾水挡墙进行了适当削低,降低了尾水位,提高了水轮机工作水头,从而最终达到降低机组出力波动、提高单机效率和电站总出力的目的。
In order to improve unit power of bulb turbine,performance tests have been implemented to de-termine the hydraulic loss distribution and turbine efficiency. Factors influencing unit stability and efficiencywere determined by test. The tests indicate that cam correlation transferring from model is not suitable forthe actual implementation and the power output is susceptible to water head. Combining the engineering con-ditions,cam correlation has been optimized. By insuring a certain immerging depth,correction work wasmade on downstream barrier. Through above measures,downstream water level was lowered,turbine work-ing head improved,ultimately the unit power pulsation decreased,turbine efficiency improved and the totalpower also improved.
