摘要
华北油田煤层气排采以抽油机和螺杆泵为主,螺杆泵主要用在水平井及部分产水量比较大的直井上。目前螺杆泵驱动装置主要采用皮带传动,皮带老化松弛直接影响了电机动力传递,电机动力传递不足会造成扭矩加大而停井,且系统效率低,能耗比较高。为了达到节能降耗、提高效益的目标,开展直驱式螺杆泵装置应用研究。现场试验表明,直驱式螺杆泵平均节能38%,使用后节能效果明显。直驱式螺杆泵装置具有输出转矩高、使用寿命长、运转安全平稳、故障率低等技术优势,在煤层气井上有着很好的应用前景。
The pumping unit and screw pump are mostly used in Huabei Oilfield CBM exploration. The screw pump is mainly used in horizontal wells and vertical wells whose water production is high. At present screw pump driven device is belt. Belt aging will affect the motor power transfer. The motor power transfer problem will lead to torque increase and stopping well. The system efficiency is low and energy consumption is high. Application of the direct-driven screw pump device research is developed in order to save energy, reduce consumption and improve performance. The field tests show that the power saving rate of the direct-driven screw pump device is 50%. The energy saving effect is notable. The electric submersible tubing pump has such technology advantages as high output torque, long working life, safe and stable operation, low failure rate etc. It has the good application prospect in CBM well.
