摘要 通过分析煤层气井偏磨产生的原因,统计采取的相应措施和效果,指出目前偏磨治理的瓶颈,分析OPRS软件在煤层气井的适用性,应用软件优化扶正器安装位置及数量,研究表明该软件模拟计算扶正器添加位置与实际偏磨井段的符合率高,现场应用后可以缓解偏磨造成的影响,延长检泵周期,具有指导意义。 The eccentric wear occurred in rod drainage technique has become a main problem in pump inspection for the CBM company of Huabei Oilfield. Through the measures of optimizing the swabbing parameters and adding rod centralizer according to the actual wear situation, the issue of eccentric wear could not be efficiently resolved. The paper analyzes the causes of eccentric wear occurred in CBM wells, summarizes the adopted measures and their effects, and proposes the bottleneck to resolve this issues currently. It also analyzes the adaptability of OPRS software in CBM wells, and applies the software to optimize the distribution and number of rod centralizer. The result shows that the consistent rate is high between the distribution points of adding rod centralizer by simulation and calculation of the software and the actual eccentric wear sections. The influence caused by eccentric wear could be improved after application of the software, and the duration of pump inspection will be extended, which is of guiding significance.
