摘要 本文针对低浓度瓦斯气体预处理工艺提出了两种技术路线,即电制冷脱水技术和吸收式脱水技术,并通过具体案例对两种工艺的技术进行了比选分析。结果表明,两种处理工艺对气源的改善效果相近,均能够满足发电机组对气源品质的要求,其中电制冷脱水技术更适用于初投资控制严格、输送压力不低于12-15kPa的低浓度瓦斯发电系统;吸收式脱水技术则更适用于运行费用控制严格、前端输送压力低,安装空间小的低浓度瓦斯发电系统。 This paper puts forwards two technical routes aiming at low concentration gas pretreatment, i.e. electrical refrigeration dewatering process and absorption dewatering process, and compares and analyzes the factors of two processes. Results show the effect of two processes on gas source improvement are similar, and the two processes can both meet requirements of generator units for gas quality. The electrical refrigeration dewatering process is more suitable for low concentration gas power generation system with strict initial investment control and transmission pressure no lower than 12 -15kPa; while the ab- sorption dewatering process is more suitable for low concentration gas power generation system with strict operation cost control, low front-end transmission pressure and small installation space.
