骨关节炎的基础和临床研究热点

Basic and clinical researches foci of osteoarthritis

自从20世纪80年代人工关节出现以来,骨关节炎(OA)的治疗策略一直没有大的变革。针对早期或中期OA患者,目前还缺乏有效干预病程进展的治疗手段。近10年来,关于OA的发病原因、病理机制等方面的基础研究工作取得了不少成果,有望从根本上改变OA治疗的策略。而临床现有的治疗手段也在不断革新改进,诸如单髁置换手术、氨甲环酸控制围手术期出血的应用等等,这些都受到了广泛的关注。因此,OA的全程有效治疗还有待于深入的基础研究和临床探索。

Since the advent of artificial joints in 1980 s,no significant improvement has been made in the treatment strategy of osteoarthritis（ OA）. As for the patients in early or middle stage osteoarthritis,the lack of effective treatment for the disease is still an issue. In the recent 10 years,many achievements have been made in the basic research on the pathogenesis and pathological mechanism of OA,and it is expected to fundamentally change the strategy of osteoarthritis treatment. The current clinical treatments are also in constant innovation,such as unicompartmental knee replacement surgery,tranexamic acid for controlling perioperative bleeding and so on,which attract the widespread attention. Therefore,further basic research and clinical explorations are needed for the effective treatment of osteoarthritis.
