液氮冷冻治疗带状疱疹合并HIV感染患者带状疱疹神经痛的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察液氮冷冻治疗带状疱疹合并HIV感染患者对带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2012年3月~2015年12月我院50例带状疱疹合并HIV感染患者,随机分为冷冻组和对照组,两组均给予抗病毒-止痛-营养神经基础治疗,冷冻组给予液氮冷冻治疗,1次/d,连续2 d;于治疗第7天、14天进行疗效评估。结果冷冻组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论液氮冷冻治疗带状疱疹合并HIV感染患者疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia in patients with herpes zoster combined with HIV infection.Methods 50 patients with herpes zoster combined with HIV infection treated in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into cryotherapy group and control group.Patients in two groups were given antiviral,analgesic,and neurotrophic basic therapy,and patients in the cryotherapy group were additionally given liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,once daily for two continuous days.The effects were analyzed at the 7thand 14 thday of treatment.Results The effect was more favorable in the cryotherapy group than in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy has favorable effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in treatment of patients with herpes zoster combined with HIV infection,which is worthy to be promoted.
