腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术在女性卵巢良性肿瘤中的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年8月~2015年10月在本院接受治疗的145例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为观察组,选取2013年8月~2014年6月在本院接受治疗的120例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为对照组。对照组采用传统的开腹方式对卵巢肿瘤进行剔除,观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术对患者进行治疗。比较两组的的治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后发热发生率及并发症发生率。结果观察组的显效率、总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术出血量显著少于对照组,术后排气时间、肠功能恢复时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的术后发热率为1.38%,显著低于对照组的6.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后1、3、6个月无盆腔积液及粘连等并发症发生,对照组有6例发生膀胱粘连,且均需手术治疗。结论腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术具有较好的治疗效果,后期恢复效果较好,并发症发生率低,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection in women ovarian benign tumor.Methods 145 ovarian benign tumor patients from August 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group.120 ovarian benign tumor patients from August 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the control group.The control group was treated with traditional open way for removing ovarian tumor,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection.The treatment effect,operation time,the amount of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time,recovery time of bowel function,hospitalization time,the incidence rate of postoperative fever and complication in the two groups was compared respectively.Results The significant efficiency and total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative exhaust time,recovery time of bowel function and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The postoperative fever rate of the observation group was1.38%,which was lower than 6.67% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no complication liked pelvic effusion and adhesion occurred in the observation group at 1,3,6 months after operation,but 6 cases occurred bladder adhesion in the control group and all of them needed operation.Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection has better treatment effect,and late recovery effect is better.The incidence rate of complication is low,and with good safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
