摘要
目的探讨健康教育在锁骨骨折护理过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013~2015年本院收治的锁骨骨折患者106例,按照护理方式的不同,随机分为常规对照组与健康教育组,各53例。常规对照组实施常规护理,健康教育组在实施常规护理基础上进行健康教育,比较两组患者康复效果的差异,评估健康教育对提升锁骨骨折病患护理的效果。结果健康教育组对骨折知识掌握度为90.6%,明显高于常规对照组;并发症及心理问题发生率则显著降低;患者锁骨骨折康复效果明显优于常规对照组;患者对健康教育护理的满意程度更高(P〈0.05)。结论锁骨骨折护理过程中的健康教育在提升护理质量的同时也为骨折患者提供了创新、人性化的新型护理服务模式。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education in the nursing of clavide fracture clinical application.Methods 106 admitted cases of clavicle fracture patients during the year 2013~2015 in our hospital were selected and divided randomly into two groups.One group is taken as control group,the other group as the conventional health education group,each group 53 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional routine nursing,while health education were implemented in the conventional health education group in the basis of the conventional routine nursing.Results The results demonstrate that 90.6% patients in the conventional health education group have successfully acquired the knowledge of clavide fracture,which is obviously higher than that of control group.Meanwhile,the incidence of complications and psychological problems are significantly decreased in the conventional health education group.Finally,the rehabilitation quality of patients in the conventional health education group are also better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The health education in nursing of clavide fracture can effectively promote the rehabilitation quality of patients after operation andcould provide an innovative,humanistic,and high-quality nursing service.
