2015年某医院法定传染病漏报原因及对策分析

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Underreporting of Infectious Diseases in a Hospital in 2015

目的对2015年某医院法定传染病漏报原因及对策进行分析。方法采用回顾性分析法,通过查阅门诊日志、出入院登记本记录,抄录初步诊断病名为法定传染病的病历;查阅相应的传染病报告卡,核实报告卡信息与网络直报信息一致性,调查2015年度传染病的漏报率。结果 2015年某医院法定传染病漏报率0.02%。结论工作人员责任心不强,患者或家属对传染病知识认识不够,医院相关检查跟不上等原因造成漏报,针对其漏报原因应给予相应对策以提高医院法定传染病上报率。

ObjectiveTo analyze the causes and countermeasures of underreporting of infectious diseases in a hospital in 2015.Methods Through retrospective analysis methods,by looking up outpatient logs and the recording of discharge and admission,we transcribed medical history records of patients initialy diagnosed with notifiable infectious diseases. We looked up the corresponding report cards of infectious disease,verified the consistency of information of report cards and network direct report,and the underreporting rate of 2015 were analyzed.Results In 2015 in the hospital,the underreporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases was 0.02%.Conclusion Weaking sense of responsibility of the staff,lack of awareness of the knowledge of infectious diseases among patients or their families,faling behind of related checks in the hospital may lead to underreporting. We should give appropriate countermeasures to increase the rate of reporting of notifiable infectious diseases in the hospital.
