Occupational Exposure Investigation and Risk Prevention Analysis of Blood Supply Institutions

目的 探讨38名采供血机构工作人员职业暴露的原因及防护措施。方法 选取38例本机构2013年4月~2015年5月发生职业暴露的工作人员,对其岗位分布、暴露物种类、暴露部位及其工龄,进行统计分析。结果 职业暴露发生率最高的是护理人员,最低的是医疗废物消毒人员;暴露物种类中,发生比例最高的是采血针,最低的是不明锐器;暴露部位中,其中刺伤左手的发生率最高,而发生率最低的是刺伤右手;工龄超过5年的人员10例,占26.32%;工龄不足5年的人员28例,占73.68%。结论 采供血人员易发生职业暴露,应通过及时预防处理职业暴露,加强暴露防范意识,遵循标准化章程,有效降低职业暴露的发生率。

ObjectiveTo explore the cause of the 38 blood services staff occupational exposure and protective measures. Methods 38 cases of occupational exposure workers from April 2013 to May 2015 were selected. statistical analysis of the distribution of the position,type of exposure,exposure site and length of service.ResultsThe incidence of occupational exposure among nurses with the highest,lowest in the medical waste disinfection personnel. Exposure categories,the highest proportion was the blood taking needle,the minimum was the unidentified sharp instrument. In exposed parts,which hurt his left hand had the highest rate,and lowest incidence was stabbed right hand. Who worked there for more than 5 years in 10 cases, 26.32%. Works for less than 5 years of 73.68%.Conclusion The blood services staff are easy to be exposed to occupational exposure,which should be adopted to prevent and deal with occupational exposure in a timely manner. To strengthen the awareness of exposure prevention,folow the standard regulations,and effectively reduce the incidence of occupational exposure.
