手术治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Surgical Treatment for Dislocation of Acromioclavicular Joint

目的 分析手术治疗肩锁关节脱位临床效果。方法 研究年度2014年3月~2015年3月,纳入肩锁关节脱位共66例,抽签分组。接受钩钢板手术者33例,入对照组;接受Dewar手术者33例,入实验组。组间比较治疗效果。结果 两组中实验组功能评分高,活动度高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Dewar手术治疗肩锁关节脱位效果较佳。

Objective Surgical treatment effect on dislocation of acromioclavicular joint is to be studied.Methods Chose 66 patients with dislocation of acromioclavicular joint who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 and separated them into two groups by drawing lottery. 33 patients in control group were given hook-plate fixation surgical treatment,while another 33 patients in study group were given Dewar surgical treatment,and then compared surgical treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’function assessment score was much higher and their activity ability was much better in study group compared to counterparts in control group,there is a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dewar surgical treatment is much more effective on patients with dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.
