昏迷患者临床诊断及治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Coma Patients

目的 针对急诊内科昏迷患者的发病原因及临床诊断方法和治疗手段、效果加以系统分析与探究,以期为今后临床治疗昏迷患者提供参考。方法 选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的100例急诊内科昏迷患者,通过分析相关临床资料,就其昏迷原因及急救方法开展探讨。结果 100例急诊内科昏迷患者中,糖尿病并发疾病16例,心血管病变24例,急性中毒38例,继发性脑部病变4例,颅内出血11例,肺性脑病4例,其他3例。经抢救治疗之后,13例患者抢救失败,抢救成功率为87%,死亡率13%。结论 经本文研究,急诊内科昏迷的病理原因具有相应的复杂性,主要包括急性中毒、颅内出血、心脑梗死、低血糖、糖尿病、继发性脑部病变等。该类患者的病情危、急、重,为增强临床诊断的精确性、提高临床治疗效果,医护人员要对患者的症状加以系统全面地探究,临床上应早期明确诊断,进而采取更为积极有效的抢救对策,及时进行抢救,以提高其生存率,降低死亡率和致残率。

ObjectiveTo analyze and explore the causes and clinical diagnosis methods and treatment methods and effects of coma patients in emergency internal medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of coma patients in the future.Methods 100 cases of coma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected.The clinical data were analyzed and the causes of coma and emergency treatment were analyzed.Results100 cases of coma patients in the emergency internal medicine,16 cases of diabetes and disease,24 cases of cardiovascular disease, 38 cases of acute poisoning,4 cases of secondary brain lesions,11 cases of intracranial hemorrhage,4 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy,the others 3 cases.After the rescue treatment,13 cases were failed,the success rate was 87%,and the death rate was 13%.Conclusion The pathological causes of coma in emergency internal medicine have the corresponding complexity,including acute poisoning,intracranial hemorrhage,cardiac and cerebral infarction,hypoglycemia,diabetes,secondary brain diseases,etc.The patient＇s severity,urgent,heavy,and to enhance the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,improve the clinical treatment effect and medical personnel to the patient＇s symptoms to be systematic and comprehensive research on.Clinical should be early diagnosis,and take more positive and effective rescue measures,promptly rescue,to increase the survival rate,reduce the mortality and morbidity.
