摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠病灶清除术后缝合和开窗术的临床治疗效果。方法 100例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为缝合组(n=50)和开窗组(n=50),分别给予腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠病灶清除术后缝合术与开窗术治疗。术后对患者进行1年随访,对比两组患者妊娠状况。结果缝合组患者术后输卵管通畅率高于开窗组(P<0.05),再次异位妊娠发生率低于开窗组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠病灶清除术后缝合术能提高输卵管通畅率及降低再次异位妊娠发生率,可在输卵管妊娠患者中运用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tubal pregnancy treated with suture after laparoscopic focal clearance and fenestration.Methods 100 cases of tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into the suture group（n=50）and fenestration group（n=50）,they were respectively treated with suture surgery after laparoscopic focal clearance and fenestration surgery. After 1 year folow-up of patients,pregnancy status of two groups were compared. ResultsPostoperative tubal patency rate of suture group was significantly higher compared with the fenestration group（P〈0.05）,the incidence of ectopic pregnancy was significantly lower compared with fenestration group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Suture surgery after laparoscopic focal clearance can improve patients’tubal patency rate and reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy,which can be used in patients with tubal pregnancy.
