摘要
目的 探讨宫颈癌患者术后常规放疗与调强放疗的临床效果。方法 将2012年1月~2014年1月本院收治的88例宫颈癌患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组（调强放疗）与对照组（常规放疗）。结果 研究组治疗后1年、2年复发率分别为2.3%、15.9%,低于对照组的18.2%、31.8%,结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 宫颈癌患者术后实施调强放疗的效果理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conventional radiotherapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy for cervical cancer patients. Methods88 cases of cervical cancer were randomly divided into study group（intensity modulated radiation therapy） and control group（conventional radiotherapy） according to the random number table from January 2012 to January 2014.Results The study group after treatment,1-year and 2-year recurrence rate were 2.3% and 15.9%,lower than that of the control group of 18.2%,31.8%,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups occurred rate difference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy for cervical cancer patients is significant.
