摘要
目的观察胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的效果。方法随机将我院90例2型糖尿病患者平均分为两组,对照组行皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组行胰岛素泵治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率、低血糖发生率及住院时间等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病效果理想。
Objective To explore the efficacy of insulin pump in diabetes therapy. Methods 90 patients were divided into two groups. Control group used subcutaneous injection insulin,observation group used insulin pump for therapy,compared the effect of two groups.ResultsThe efficiency, incidence of hypoglycemia and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes is ideal.
