二甲双胍在2型糖尿病治疗中的应用效果观察

Effect Observation of Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的 探讨2型糖尿病治疗中应用二甲双胍的效果。方法 随机抽取我社区中心门诊接诊的采取二甲双胍治疗的2型糖尿病患者50例进行研究,均进行3个月以上的治疗观察与随访,观察记录治疗前、治疗4周、12周时空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,以及治疗期间不良反应,并采取统计学分析。结果 50例患者均顺利完成治疗,随着治疗时间增加,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及餐后2 h血糖均有改善,其中治疗12周时优于治疗前（P〈0.05）;50例患者治疗期间仅在服药1~2周出现不良反应7例,但持续时间短,随后自动缓解。结论 二甲双胍应用在2型糖尿病中不仅可以改善血糖与血脂指标,而且安全性高。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 50 cases of type 2 diabetic patients treated in the outpatient of our community health service center were randomly screened for study,and were given 3 month above treatment observation and folow-up. The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,12 weeks after treatment and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed and recorded,and were given statistical analysis.Results Al the 50 cases were successively treated,and with the increase of treatment time,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin were improved,in which 12 weeks was better than before the treatment（P〈0.05）. 50 patients during treatment 1 to 2 weeks had 7 cases of adverse reactions,but the duration was short,then automaticaly ease. Conclusion The implementation of metformin in the type 2 diabetes can not only improve the blood sugar and lipid,but also has high safety.
