摘要目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法随机将110例高血压合并冠心病患者分为两组,观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片。结果观察组有效率、血压水平及血脂指标等优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病效果理想。 Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets on hypertension and coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Divided 110 patients into two groups,control group used atorvastatin calcium,observation group used amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium for treatment.Results The efficiency,blood pressure and blood lipid index of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Amlodipine and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets is ideal.
