摘要
目的 研究中医正骨手法对腰椎滑脱的治疗效果。方法 研究年度2015年1月~2016年1月,纳入腰椎滑脱共58例,经抽签分组。29例为对照组,接受腰椎牵引;29例为实验组,接受中医正骨手法。对比两组治疗效果。结果 两组中实验组治疗有效率高,96.55%〉82.76%。结论 中医正骨手法对腰椎滑脱治疗效果确切,临床有效率较高。
Objective Effect of Bone-setting of TCM for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis is to be studied.MethodsChose 58 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 and separated them into two groups by drawing lottery. 29 patients in control group were given lumbar traction treatment,while another 29 patients in study group were given Chinese massage,and then compared treatment effect between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy was much higher in study group compared to that in control group,96.55%〉82.76%.Conclusion Bone-setting of TCM is quite effective for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
