摘要
目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果。方法随机将108例后循环缺血性眩晕患者平均分为两组,对照组行甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率、生理指标等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕效果理想。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of banxia baizhu tianma Decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 108 patients were divided into two groups,control group used betahistine mesilate tablets,observation group used banxia baizhu tianma decoction. Results The total efficiency,physiological index of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of banxia baizhu tianma Decoction is ideal.
