摘要
目的观察五氨基水杨酸(5-ASA)制剂联合消癌平注射液治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative,UC)的临床疗效。方法 56例湿热下注型UC患者分为治疗组28例和对照组28例。治疗组采用5-ASA联合消癌平注射液静滴,对照组仅使用5-ASA治疗,观察疗效指标。结果治疗组患者临床便血积分,便次积分,腹痛积分均低于对照组。结论 5-ASA联合中成药制剂消癌平注射液静滴治疗湿热下注型UC可提高临床疗效,缓解患者的腹痛、大便次数、大便带血等临床症状。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of 5-ASA and xiaoaiping injection in the treatment of ulcerative colitis UC.Methods56 cases of UC were divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases in treatment group and 28 cases in the control group. Treatment group was treated with 5-ASA combined xiaoaiping injection for intravenous drip,control group using only 5-ASA for treatment. Therapeutic effect index were observed.Results Treatment group patients clinical bloody integral, defecate frequency,abdominal pain points were lower than the control group.Conclusion 5-ASA joint proprietary Chinese medicine xiaoaiping injection in the treatment of ulcerative colitis UC can improve the clinical curative effect,alleviate the patient＇s abdominal pain,defecate frequency of clinical symptom.
