血浆中血脂类生化指标与脑血管病的相关性分析

Analysis of Correlation Between Biochemical Indexes of Blood Lipid in Blood Plasma and Cerebrovascular Disease

目的 分析研究血浆中血脂类生化指标与脑血管病的相关性及在鉴别诊断中的运用价值。方法 抽取2015年1月~2016年1月我院收治的153例脑血管病患者,分为脑梗死组（n=76）与脑出血组（n=77）。对两组患者血浆中TC、Hcy及脂蛋白（a）等各血脂生化指标进行检测并统计分析结果。结果 两组患者TC、Hcy比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,梗死组脂蛋白（a）水平高于出血组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 血脂类生化指标中脂蛋白（a）可能是导致脑梗死发病的独立危险因素,可作为脑血管疾病中脑梗死与脑出血鉴别诊断的重要指标之一。

Objective To analyze the correlation of biochemical indexes of blood lipid in blood plasma and cerebrovascular disease and the application value in the differential diagnosis.Methods153 cases of cerebrovascular diseases from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected,divided into cerebral infarction group（n=76）and cerebral hemorrhage group（n=77）. The plasma levels of TC,Hcy,lipoprotein（a）and other lipid biochemical indicators in two groups were detected and the results were statisticaly analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in Hcy and TC between the two groups（P〉0.05）,the level of lipoprotein（a）in the infarction group was significantly higher than that in the hemorrhage group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The lipoprotein（a）in blood lipid biochemical index may be an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction,which can be used as one of the important indicators for the differential diagnosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in cerebral vascular disease.
