摘要
目的 探讨X线在骨肿瘤诊断中的应用效果。方法 将我院2012年4月~2015年3月接诊的50例骨肿瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用X线检查及CT检查,并与手术病理诊断结果进行对比。结果 采用X线检查的诊断准确率为92.00%,与采用CT检查的诊断准确率86.00%,对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 骨肿瘤患者的诊断较困难,X线及CT检查均具有其优缺点,临床上应将临床表现、病理检查及影像学检查等进行综合分析,进一步提高其诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the application effect of X-ray in the diagnosis of bone tumors.MethodsIn our hospital,admissions of 50 cases of bone tumor patients as the object of study from April 2012 to March 2 015,al patients using CT and X-ray examination and operation and pathology results were compared.ResultsThe diagnostic accuracy of X-ray examination was 92%,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of CT was 86%,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.ConclusionPatients with bone tumor is difficult to diagnose,X-ray and CT examination has its advantages and disadvantages. Clinical should be comprehensive analysis of the clinical manifestation,pathological examination and imaging examination and further improve the diagnostic accurate rate.
