超声检查在胎儿产前筛查中的应用价值评价

Evaluation on Application Value of Ultrasound in Fetal Prenatal Screening

目的探讨超声检查在胎儿产前筛查中的应用价值。方法以在我中心行胎儿产前检查的640例孕妇为研究对象,利用超声对胎儿做全面检查,对胎儿畸形种类和比例进行统计分析。结果超声检查完毕后,胎儿畸形共检出34例,产后畸形胎儿共37例,其中心血管系统畸形、四肢畸形、唇腭裂、胎盘异常均全部检出,神经系统畸形、泌尿系统畸形、消化道系统畸形各漏诊1例,B超对胎儿畸形的诊断符合率为91.9%。超声检查畸形胎儿畸形率与产后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声检查具有操作简单、安全性高的优势,运用超声对胎儿进行产前检查可有效检出畸形胎儿,对优生医学的发展起着积极的作用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the value of ultrasound in fetal prenatal screening.Methods Study on 640 pregnant women who were in the center of my center line,using ultrasound to do a comprehensive examination of the fetus ,statistical analysis of the types and proportions of fetal malformations. Results After ultrasonic examination,34 cases of fetal malformation were detected,and 37 cases were found in the fetus after delivery. Cardiovascular system abnormalities,limb abnormalities,cleft lip and palate,placental abnormalities were all detected,nervous system abnormalities,urinary system abnormalities,1 cases of digestive tract abnormalities of the system,B ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation coincidence rate was 91.9%. There was no significant difference between the fetus and the fetus after ultrasound examination（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation,high security. The use of ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation can be effectively detected abnormal fetus,the development of prenatal care has played a positive role in the development of prenatal medicine.
