摘要
目的 对比冷冻切片与术中细胞学诊断卵巢肿瘤的效果。方法 2014年1月~2016年1月选择在我院诊治的140例卵巢肿瘤患者均进行冷冻切片与术中细胞学诊断,对诊断结果进行分析。结果 术中细胞学诊断卵巢肿瘤的敏感性与特异性分别为97.5%,92.0%,冷冻切片的敏感性与特异性分别为95.0%,96.0%,两种诊断方法差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 冷冻切片与术中细胞学诊断卵巢肿瘤都有一定的价值,可将二者联合应用,以提高卵巢肿瘤诊断的准确率。
Objective To compare the efect of frozen section and intraoperative cytology in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods140 patients from January 2014 to January 2016 with ovarian cancer underwent diagnosis with frozen section and intraoperative cytology,the results were analyzed.ResultsThe sensitivity and specificity of intraoperative cytologic diagnosis of ovarian tumor were 97.5% and 92.0%,the sensitivity and specificity of frozen sections were 95.0% and 96.0%, the diference between two methods was not statisticaly significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Frozen section and Intraoperative cytology in diagnosis of ovarian cancer both have a certain value,the two can be combined in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
