摘要
目的 分析PICC置管后并发症的预防及处理措施。方法 选取我院2014年8月~2015年8月收治的68例需接受PICC置管治疗的患者进行研究,各为34例,研究组和对照组分别采用全面护理和常规护理,并对比两组的并发症发生情况。结果 研究组的并发症发生率为11.76%,低于对照组的32.25%,且P〈0.05,结论 为PICC置管治疗患者实行全面的并发症预防和护理干预,能够降低相关并发症的发生率。
Objective Analysis prevention and treatment of complications of PICC.Methods In our hospital,were treated 68 patients required to accept the PICC catheter-treated patients were studied from August 2014 to August 2015,each 34 patients. Study group and the control group were using the comprehensive care and usual care and compared the two groups complications.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 11.76%,significantly lower than the 32.25% in the control group,andP〈0.05.Conclusion That patients with PICC in implementation of a comprehensive prevention and care interventions,can significantly reduce the complications associated incidence.
