摘要
目的探讨院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收取的精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上进行院外延续护理,观察两组患者的康复治疗效果。结果观察者患者的GQOLI评分和康复状态评分优于对照组,生活质量提高,康复效果好。结论给予精神分裂症患者进行院外延续护理,可以提高患者的恢复速度和患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing care on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Selected charge of schizophrenia patients 70 cases in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and the observation group and received routine discharge guidance. The observation group on the basis of the outside the hospital for continue nursing and observation of the effect of the rehabilitation treatment of patients in the two groups.ResultsPatients of GQOLI score and recovery scores in observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,improve the quality of life,healing effect is good.ConclusionTo give schizophrenia patients with hospital outside of continuity of care,patients can improve the recovery rate and the patient＇s quality of life.
