中风偏瘫患者肩手综合征的康复护理效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing for Stroke Hemiplegia Patients With Shoulder Hand Syndrome

目的 研究中风偏瘫患者肩手综合征的康复护理效果。方法 选取我院2012年6月~2015年12月收治的中风偏瘫后肩手综合征患者80例为研究对象,将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行康复护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 相对于对照组,观察组患者护理后的FMA评分要高。结论 中风偏瘫患者肩手综合征的康复护理效果显著。

Objective To study the stroke patients hemiplegia with rehabilitation nursing effect of shoulder hand syndrome.MethodsOur hospital from June 2012 to December 2015 treated 80 cases of patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke hemiplegia as the research object. They were divided into observation group and control group,control group used routine nursing,the observation group in the control group on the basis of rehabilitation nursing,nursing effect was compared to two groups.Results Compared with control group,the observation group of patients after nursing of FMA score was significantly higher.Conclusion Stroke patients with hemiplegia shoulder hand syndrome of rehabilitation nursing effect is remarkable.
