摘要
目的探讨妇科肿瘤首次化疗患者中心理护理的应用效果。方法将112例妇科肿瘤首次化疗患者分为研究组(心理护理)与对照组(常规护理)。结果干预后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分、不良反应评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤首次化疗患者中心理护理干预的效果确切。
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with gynecological cancer for the first time chemotherapy. Methods112 cases of gynecologic oncology for first chemotherapy patients were divided into study group（psychological nursing）and control group （routine nursing）.Results After intervention,study group of anxiety,depression score,adverse reactions scores were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of psychological nursing on the first time chemotherapy for gynecologic cancer patients great.
