全方位护理对哮喘患者肺功能和满意度的影响

Effects of All Round Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Satisfaction of Patients With Asthma

目的探讨全方位护理对哮喘患者肺功能和满意度的影响。方法将哮喘患者112例分为两组,对照组、观察组分别给予常规护理及全方位护理,比较两组肺功能与护理满意度。结果两组Pa O2、Pa CO2、FEV1等肺功能指标以及护理满意度(94.6%)与对照组(80.4%)相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理能改善哮喘患者血氧分压等肺功能指标,患者护理满意度更高。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on pulmonary function of patients with asthma and satisfaction.Methods 112 cases of asthma patients were divided into two groups,control group,the observation group were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing,compared two groups of lung function and nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe two groups of patients in PaO2,PaCO2,FEV1 and other indicators of pulmonary function and nursing satisfaction（94.6%）compared with the control group（80.4%）were significantly different（P〈0.05）.ConclusionComprehensive nursing can significantly improve pulmonary function indexes such as oxygen partial pressure of asthma patients,and patients with higher nursing satisfaction.
