乳腺癌术后患者应用临床路径效果观察

Effect of Clinical Pathway on Patients With Breast Cancer After Operation

目的对乳腺癌术后患者应用临床护理路径效果进行观察分析。方法将72例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组运用临床护理路径,比较两组平均住院天数、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组住院天数较对照组短,并发症发生率较对照组低,护理满意度较对照组高,各项比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能够规范护理行为,可有效缩短患者住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods72 cases of breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the implementation of routine care,the use of clinical nursing path observation group were compared the average length of stay,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.ResultsCompared with the control group,the hospitalization days in observation group were shorter than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,and the differences were statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway to regulate nursing behavior,which can effectively shorten the hospital stay of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
