摘要
介绍了低钯型碳三加氢催化剂BC-H-30B在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司乙烯装置的工业应用情况,考察了新型催化剂高负荷、长周期和优化调整试验,确定了最优工况。新催化剂具有较高活性,开车后能迅速加氢合格的优势,经过30个月的连续稳定运行,催化剂的选择性仍能达到70%以上。
The industrial application of low palladium C_3 hydrogenation catalyst BC- H- 30 B in the ethylene plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. was introduced. The high load,long cycle and optimal adjustment test of the new catalyst was studied,and the optimum operation conditions were determined. It was testified that the new catalyst had the advantages of high activity,and being capable of quick execution and qualification of hydrogenation. After continuous and stable operation of 30 months,the selectivity of the catalyst can still reach more than 70%.
