基于省会功能定位的合肥市产业空间布局研究

Research on Industrial Layout in Hefei City Based on Provincial Capital Function Orientation

产业空间布局既要立足于城市功能定位,又要为实现城市功能服务。文章基于城市功能定位和产业空间布局的相关理论,在分析合肥市当前产业空间布局存在问题的基础上,根据合肥市省会功能总体定位和五大主体功能区的划分,分别从战略功能定位、发展功能定位、基础功能定位三个层次提出合肥市产业空间布局的总体设计,并结合圈层理论提出合肥市产业空间布局的优化路径,对合肥市省会功能的发挥及各主体功能区产业空间布局优化具有借鉴意义。

Industrial layout should be made not only on zing urban functions. Based on the theories of urban the basis of urban functions, but also for reali- function orientation and industrial layout, this paper analyzes the problems of industrial layout in He{el City. According to the provincial capital function orientation of Hefei City and the classification of five main functional areas, an overall design of industrial layout in Hefei City is put forward in view of three different levels of function orienta- tions, including strategic function orientation, developing function orientation and basic function ori- entation. The optimization approaches of industrial layout in Hefei City are also proposed based on the concentric zone theory. The study can provide a reference for the provincial capital function display and the industrial layout optimization in Hefei City.
