Wnt信号通路与肾小管上皮细胞-间充质转化的关系 被引量:7

摘要 肾小管上皮细胞转分化为肌成纤维细胞(myofi Broblast,MF),失去上皮细胞的表型,并获得间充质的特点,如钙黏素(E-cadherin)的表达减少,并出现α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达,这种现象被称为肾小管上皮细胞-间充质转化(epithelial to mesenchymal transition,EMT)[1]。研究证实[2],肾小管上皮细胞通过EMT进入肾间质,引起细胞外基质堆积,
