摘要
目的比较体验式营养教育和传统营养宣教对改善孕妇营养知识、营养态度、饮食行为的效果,探讨对孕妇营养教育的最佳模式。方法将256例孕妇随机分为体验式营养教育组(129例)和传统营养宣教组(127例)。接受两种不同教育模式后,对孕妇的营养知识、态度、行为进行调查。结果两种不同的教育模式,营养知识的知晓率与态度方面差异无统计学意义,膳食行为改变方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇开展体验式营养教育对改善孕妇饮食行为效果优于传统营养宣教、这种营养教育模式是值得大力推广的。
ObjectiveTo compare the effect of experiential education and traditional nutrition to improve pregnant woman’s nutritional knowledge, nutritional attitude and eating behavior nutrition. Education is discussed in the best mode for pregnant nutrition.MethodsWe divided 256 pregnant woman randomly into experiential education group (n=129) and traditional nutrient nutrition mission groups (n=127). Investiga nutritional knowledge, nutritional attitude and eating behavior nutrition of two groups.ResultsTwo different education mode, knowledge of nutrition awareness and attitude not statistically signiifcant differences, dietary behavior change are statistically signiifcant differences (P&lt;0.05). ConclusionExperiential nutrition education can improve pregnant women’s diet behavior and it is better than that traditional nutrition mission. This kind of nutrition education mode is worth promoting.
