摘要
本文在构建的真空电磁以太模型———本底的基础上 ,提出了两个新概念 :本底极化强度本地磁化强度 ,进而对位移电流的一部分 εo Et·d S的物理意义作了新的解释 ,对库仑相互作用的机理进行了新的分析 ,从另一个角度导出了玻尔角动量量子化定则。本文的观点不一定成熟 ,但值得大家进行深入的探讨。
Based on the background -- component part's ether model of vacuum electromagnetism, this paper proposes two new concepts (background's polarization intensity and magnetization intensity) and thereby gives another explanation of the physical significance of a part of displacement electric current (ε ot·d), and makes a new analysis of the mechanism of Coulomb Interaction, thus bringing out Bohr Law of angular momentum quantization from another angle. The ideas in this paper may be immature but worthwhile for further discussion.
