上海某镇外来务工人员卫生服务需求及利用调查

Investigate of Health Service Demands and Utilization of Migrant Workers in a Town of Shanghai

目的了解上海某镇外来务工人员的卫生服务需求、利用状况及其影响因素,为制定相关卫生政策提供依据。方法采样随机抽样的方法,从金桥镇流动人口集中的两个村抽取务工人口1 169人进行问卷调查,调查内容包括人口学特征、健康状况等。结果金桥镇外来务工人员两周患病率、两周就诊率、年住院率和两周患者未就诊率分别为11.5%、6.7%、3.3%和41.8%。金桥镇外来务工人员两周患病率、两周就诊率的相关因素均为性别、自评健康状况(P<0.05)。结论金桥镇外来务工人员健康状况较好,卫生服务利用情况相对较差,应加强外来务工人员的医疗保障制度的建设,提高社区卫生服务利用率,为外来务工人员的健康提供保障。

OBJECTIVE This work was aimed to study the migrant workers＇ health Demands and Utilization, as well as the influencing factors in a town of Shanghai. METHODS The random sampling was taken to recruit 1 169 migrants from two villages in Jinqiao Town. The survey included demographic characteristics, health status, etc. RESULTS Two-week prevalence rate, two-week attendance rate, one-year rate of hospitalization and two-week non-attendance rate of patients were 11.5%, 6.7%, 3.3% and 41.8%. self-related health and sex were related to two-week prevalence rate and two-week attendance rate of migrant workers（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION It was necessary to strengthen the construction of medical security system for migrant workers. In order to improve the health service utilization, the government should guide migrant workers to utilize the community services sufficiently and enhance the construction of medical insurance system for migrant workers.
