徐汇区社区健康教育人员现状及对策分析

Analysis and Countermeasure on Current Status of Community Health Education Staff in Xuhui District

目的了解社区健康教育人员构成状况及工作现状,为科学合理地调整人员配置和科学管理提供参考。方法以问卷调查和小组访谈相结合的方法对上海市徐汇区辖区内的24名社区卫生服务中心健康教育人员工作相关状况进行调查。结果社区健康教育人员以青年为主,平均年龄32.6岁,本科学历者占75.0%,职称构成以初级为主占87.5%,公共卫生、护理、临床医学专业人员比例为3∶3∶2。结论社区应配有1名专职的健康教育工作管理者,并建立一个3人左右的执行团队,如以预防、临床和护理各1人的专业搭配,可使他们之间的优劣势得以互补,发挥出更佳的团队效果。

OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation and the current work status of community health education staff in Xuhui District of Shanghai and to provide references for scientific staff adjustment and management. METHODS By using the investigation questionnaires and group interview, 24 community health education staffs in Xuhui District were performed the investigation. RESULTS Most community health education staffs in Xuhui District were young, the average age was 32.6; 75% of them had college degree. Most people had primary technical titles accounted for 87.5%. The proportion of public health, nursing, clinical medical professionals was 3：3：2. CONCLUSION Community health education should be equipped with a full-time staff for management, and establish a execution team for 3 individuals, such as one for public health, one for clinical, one for nursing, which could be used to complement the advantages and disadvantages between them, and make a better team.
