规范用药指导对老年糖尿病患者治疗效果和安全性的影响

The Effect and Safety of Management of Prescription Normalization among Elderly patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨规范用药指导对老年糖尿病患者治疗的临床效果和安全性的影响。方法 146例老年糖尿病患者按照随机对照法分为对照组(n=73)和观察组(n=73),对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行用药指导干预,比较两组临床疗效和安全性。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者FBG、PBG及Hb Al C均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05);通过规范用药指导,两组患者的自我管理行为显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(2.74%VS12.33%,P<0.05);观察组服药依从性显著高于对照组(87.67%VS72.60%,P<0.05)。结论通过规范用药指导可提高老年糖尿病患者的降糖效果和服药依从性,改善自我管理行为,降低不良反应的发生。

OBJECTIVE To effect and safety of management of prescription normalization in elderly diabetes mellitus. METHODS 146 cases with elderly diabetes mellitus were divided into control group（n=73） and observation group（n=73）. The control group was treated with normal regulations cure, and observation group was given management of prescription normalization. The effect and safety of two groups were compared. RESULTS The FBG, PBG and HbAlc of two groups decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, and the observation group was obviously better than control group （P〈0.05）. After management of prescription normalization, the self-managed behavior of two group decreased signlficantly（P〈0.05）, and the observation group was obviously better than control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse effect rate of observation group was lower than in the control group （2.74%VS12.33%, P〈0.05）. The drug therapy compliance of observation group was higher than in the control group （87.67%VS72.60%, P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The management of prescription normalization could improve the hypoglycemic effect, drug therapy compliance, self-managed and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in elderly diabetes mellitus.
