摘要
研究化学镀铜木质复合材料的视觉环境学特性,为材料的实际应用提供参考与指导。以分光色度仪、数字光泽度计对桦木、水曲柳化学镀铜单板涂饰前后的颜色和光泽度进行测量。单板颜色在孟塞尔色系统中标注分别为9.8R6.9/10.6和9.8R7.1/10.1,单板光泽度参数GL、GT分别为7.75%、5.21%和6.15%、3.38%。镀铜单板表面颜色为明度与饱和度均较高的橙红色,涂饰后颜色偏向红色且较为深暗,可以引起温暖、豪华和明快等视觉心理感觉;镀铜使单板表面光泽度有所提高,涂饰后光泽度降低,给人增加稳定和平静等视觉心理感觉。
The characteristics of visual environment of wood- based composite materials were studied,which can provide reference and guidance for the application of the materials. The color and lustrousness of the birch and fraxinus mandschurica veneers before and after plated with copper layers were measured by spectrophotometer and digital gloss meter,respectively. The quantitative value of the plated veneers of birch and fraxinus mandschurica were 9. 8R6. 9 /10. 6 and 9. 8R7. 1 /10. 1 in Munsell color system. The GL and GT parameters in lustrousness measurement of the plated veneers are 7. 75%,5. 21% and 6. 15%,3. 38%,respectively.The electroless copper plated veneers showed salmon pink color with high lightness and saturation,and changed to slightly darker and red after coated,which could make people feel warm,gorgeousness and light- hearted. The surface gloss of the veneers was improved after copper plated and reduced after coated and it could make people feel stable and calm.
