跨学科研究生培养模式的探索——以东北林业大学森林工程为例 被引量:6

摘要 以东北林业大学森林工程学科为视角,对跨学科研究生的培养模式和方法进行分析和讨论。总结国内外跨学科研究生培养的途径及成功经验,对森林工程高等教育中制约跨学科研究生培养的因素以及在跨学科人才培养方面的不足之处进行分析,提出森林工程学科在跨学科人才培养方面改革的4点主要方向:选才环节应重实践;教育机制上追求综合性知识构建;培养模式采取多学科联合;跨学科人才培养组织制度化。 From the perspective of Forest Engineering discipline in Northeast Forestry University,the interdisciplinary graduate cultivation model and method were analyzed and discussed. Interdisciplinary graduate cultivating ways and successful experiences in the domestic and overseas were summarized. The factors constraining interdisciplinary graduate education and shortcomings in interdisciplinary talents cultivation were analyzed. Four main directions of reform in interdisciplinary cultivating were put forward,including focusing on practice in talents selection,seeking the comprehensive knowledge construction in educational mechanism,taking a multidisciplinary joint training mode,and institutionalization of organization operation mode.
