基于个性化的工业工程本科人才培养模式研究

Study on Undergraduate Talents Cultivation Mode in the Major of Industrial Engineering Based on Personalization

针对目前工业工程专业人才培养模式落伍的现状,结合国家对创新型人才的需求及对素质教育的重视,探索个性化的工业工程人才培养模式。以东北林业大学工业工程专业的培养模式为研究对象,从确立人才培养理念和能力、构建个性化专业知识、加强实践应用环节、开展多元化教学评价及构建个性化教育教学管理模式等方面出发,构建了一套能体现学生个性化发展的培养体系。该体系能够充分开发学生的个体潜能,培养出满足行业、市场和社会发展需要的人才。

Strengthening the individualized education is one of the main streams of the development of higher education in the world. In order to cater to the current challenges in China,it is necessary to reform the training mode for undergraduate talents and establish a personalized mode of talent cultivation in higher educational institutions. In order to achieve the goal of individualized talents cultivation in the Major of Industrial Engineering at Northeast Forestry University,several aspects were reformed including establishing personnel training idea,constructing individual professional knowledge,strengthening the practical application process,carrying out diversified teaching evaluation,and establishing suitable teaching management mode for individualized education in order to fully develop the potentials of students and satisfy the demand of industry,market and social development.
