摘要
针对目前无患子剥壳设备质量大、能耗高、噪声严重等问题,设计了一种轻质便携压切式无患子剥壳机。在样机试制及力学分析中发现,初步设计的动力传动机构在运动规律与驱动力上不能满足切削的实际需要,因此改进了传动机构,并对压料机构进行了相应修正,改进后的机器能按设计要求稳定运行。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对改进后的传动机构和压料机构进行了校核,滚轮联轴与滑块连杆的安全系数分别为6.7与11.6,满足安全性要求。
In view of the problems of large mass,high energy consumption and serious noise of sapindus shellers on the market,a portable lightweight sapindus sheller is designed. It is found in the prototype trial manufacturing and mechanical analysis that the preliminarily designed power transmission mechanism can not meet the actual requirements in terms of movement law and driving force. Therefore,the transmission mechanism has been improved and the feed pressing mechanism has been corrected accordingly. The improved machine can operate steadily according to the design requirements. ANSYS Workbench is used to verify the improved transmission and feed pressing mechanisms and the safety factors of the roller shaft and the slider connecting rod are 6. 7 and 11. 6 respectively,meeting the safety requirements.
